It's actually cheaper than getting all the equipment to start up and do it properly. If you must, your best bet is ebay. Even the 99 dollar one comes with practice skins, needles, the machine, power supply, ink, etc....basically everything you need AND a nice carrying case. I cannot vouch for these kits on their reliability and quality, but I gotta figure they're decent.
